Genital psoriasis is difficult to treat and has a significant psychological impact on affected patients. 

Infantile acne is a rare and poorly understood disorder. The objective of this study was to improve our knowledge about the epidemiology and clinical course of infantile acne, and evaluate approaches to treatment. This two-center retrospective study covered the period between 1985 and 2007.

 Sweet syndrome is a reactive, sterile, pustular dermatosis that occurs in association with infection, malignancy, or connective tissue disease or in response to the use of certain medications. Sweet syndrome secondary to azathioprine therapy is rarely reported.

Topical therapy in psoriasis is of use in mild cases. It is also applied as an adjunct to phototherapy and systemic treatments in moderate to severe cases. Long-established pharmaceuticals such as cignolin, tar preparations, and glucocorticoids are still in use.
